Accounting Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Galderma is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager – US Accounting & Reporting to join its US Accounting & Treasury team. This leadership‑level role will oversee Gross-to-Net (G2N) accounting
, recurring month‑end close activities, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and accounting operations for US entities.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
, strong Record-to-Report (R2R) expertise, and hands‑on experience with G2N revenue accounting
. This person will work closely with Finance, Treasury, business partners, and global teams while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAM.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities in compliance with IFRS and GAM
  .
• Manage recurring month‑end close
  , including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Lead G2N revenue accounting and revenue recognition activities.
• Research and apply IFRS guidance and prepare technical accounting memos when required.
• Review revenue estimates, accruals, and lookback analyses with business finance partners.
• Support accounting for the Alastin legal entity

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support analytical reviews and explain significant balance sheet movements.
• Support ERP enhancements, accounting policy implementations, and global/local finance projects.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–4 direct reports
  .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global Finance teams.
• Handle special analyses and strategic accounting initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  .
• CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  .
• Strong G2N revenue accounting experience.
• Strong R2R / month‑end close experience.
• Experience reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
  .
• Strong Oracle ERP experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services.
• Experience with accounting transformation or automation initiatives.
