Manager, Global Billing Operations

Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base. This role owns the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely, and compliant billing outcomes, while also overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. You will partner closely with Rev Ops, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance leadership to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit‑ready, and aligned with business growth.

This role requires a balance of hands‑on operational execution, strong judgement, and process ownership, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment.

Please Note: This role requires working from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 2 days per week, with additional team and company events/onsite meetings as needed.

Billing Operations & Collections

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies
• Manage the end‑to‑end invoicing lifecycle
