Accounting Supervisor

Description Kforce's client, a fast-growing Real Estate company located in Boston, MA, is in search of a Accounting Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities to oversee a team responsible for the following:
* Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
* Manage cash activity, receivables, and financial reporting processes
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
* Review operating expenses, budgets, and financial performance
* Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with key agreements
* Monitor financing obligations and support compliance reporting
* Coordinate distributions and maintain stakeholder reporting
* Partner with operations teams to resolve issues and improve reporting accuracy
* Support due diligence requests, audits, and external service providers
* Meet reporting deadlines and assist with special projects as needed Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience with commercial property, asset, or investment accounting processes is a plus
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
* Ability to learn new systems and industry-specific software
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities
* Capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
