Title: Family Office CFO
Salary: $200,000–$300,000 DOE
Location: Boston, MA (4 days onsite)

Family Office CFO Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the accounting, tax, and financial operations of the family office
• Oversee complex family tax matters, tax planning, compliance, and coordination with external tax advisors
• Manage accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Own month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prepare and present board-level financial reporting
• Provide financial oversight across family investments and entities
• Partner directly with family principals as a trusted financial and strategic resource
• Work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and effective financial operations
Family Office CFO Qualifications:
• Prior family office experience required
• CPA required
• Strong public accounting foundation
• High-level tax expertise with experience supporting complex family tax matters
• Deep understanding of tax planning, compliance, and coordination with external tax advisors
• Experience managing complex multi-entity structures
• Elite technical accounting and tax foundation
• Strong financial and board-level reporting experience
• Polished, discreet executive presence with the ability to work directly with family principals
• Investment experience helpful but not required
