Steven Douglas has partnered with a growing publicly traded biopharmaceutical organization on their search for a Senior Accountant. This role is hybrid (3x per week onsite) and does not offer any relocation or remote options.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant is responsible for core accounting operations including the close and general ledge with a particular focus on inventory accounting. This is a hands-on position that requires heavy interaction with both external and internal business partners within Operations and Manufacturing. A strong background in a manufacturing organization is a must for this role.
Qualifications- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing organization with understanding of inventory accounting, costing accounting and fixed assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- CPA preferred
- Strong ERP knowledge (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle preferred)
