Program Specialist

  • Collaborate with the Manager to oversee a high-volume call center, register homecare workers for statewide classes, and ensure successful member enrollment in workshops and programs.
  • Address member issues and complex case management situations by developing and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Register and enroll students; provide additional administrative support to the Fund and homecare students.
  • Process applications, notify students of their selection, collect and track required documents, maintain records of student progress, and provide member service in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Manage paperwork and communicate course outcomes to stakeholders in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the recruitment, enrollment, and placement of students in all courses.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, enrollment, or case management role.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex member issues.
  • Experience with student registration, enrollment, and administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in‑person).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
