Full-Time/Regular

The Administrative Assistant will be the face and voice of the Office of Clinical Affairs and provide advanced administrative support to the Office of Clinical Affairs and the departments they oversee. The individual must be able to work independently and exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in arranging meetings and maintaining appointment schedules, taking patient concerns, disposing of requests for information and participation in working groups and committees.

This individual must be comfortable working in a customer service driven environment interacting with students, faculty, patients, staff including liaising with members of the Office of Clinical Affairs.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Must have strong written and communication skills. Must be a self-starter and a proactive individual capable of managing processes; using good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in this role.
