About the Role

The Project Administrator is an integral role, handling payroll, accounts receivables and document management, among other tasks, for two of the Marr companies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination with Foremen for proper time tracking and cost coding.
  • Manage Procore time card and daily reports.
  • Manage Production Tracking
  • Manage all Sage input and integration and complete for final processing to direct deposit.
  • Process all required certified payroll reports through various systems as required.
  • Process all monthly OCIP / CCIP reports as required.
  • Process all union fringe benefit payments for
  • Collect and maintain all new hire paperwork.
  • Collect and maintain all employee certifications.
  • A/R – Billing (IBC Only) – New assignment:
  • Manage all invoicing, coordinating with various teams.
  • Including Sage entry and AIA processing through various platforms as required (ie. Textura, Procore, etc.).
  • Complete all required lien waivers.
  • Insurance Certs / OCIP Enrollments (IBC Only) – New assignment:
  • Manage all insurance certificates in compliance with job requirements for all projects.
  • Administrative:
  • Set up all new projects in Sage and Procore.
  • Assist project teams with Procore maintenance (resident expert).
  • Maintain project documents as required (signed proposals, contracts, change orders, insurance info, etc.).
  • Prepare various reports for project teams (ie. Extra work breakdowns, production tracking, manpower assessments, etc.).
  • Various other tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Accounting/Finance degree preferred. Previous experience with Sage, Procure as well as construction industry experience also preferred.

Required Skills

Microsoft Office suite, Procure, Sage, Accounts Receivable and payroll experience necessary. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task crucial.
