Position Overview

TA Associates is seeking an exceptional, high-potential recent college graduate to join the firm as Executive Assistant to our Co‑Managing Partner.

This is a unique opportunity to begin your career inside a global growth private equity firm operating at the highest levels of performance. Responsibilities

In addition to core administrative responsibilities, this role requires:

  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise
  • Own calendar strategy and time management to maximize impact
  • Manage high‑volume communications with urgency and precision
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including evenings and occasional weekends when business needs demand
  • Prepare thoroughly for Co‑Managing Partner’s meetings and travel by anticipating materials, logistics, and contingencies
  • Improve processes and increase efficiency wherever possible
  • Operate confidently during high‑pressure or time‑sensitive situations
  • Represent the firm with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong command of complex calendar management and high‑volume email coordination
  • Comfort using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and managing virtual meeting logistics
