We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and hands-on administrative assistant to support our operations  an administrative assistant, you will leverage your tenacity and knowledge to manage RPG’s administrative activities and embody our core values of authenticity, belonging, and compassion.

YOUR ROLE AT RPG:

You will be part of the people team, collaborating closely with agency partners such as the finance team and agency operations. This role requires approximately 3 days in-person weekly at our South End office.

Key responsibilities include:

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Manage accounts payable tasks including downloading invoices, batching, data entry, and vendor payments (about 16 hours/week).
  • Organize office operations by coordinating mailings, shipments, and supplies requests.
  • Assist leaders with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting planning both in-person and virtual.

AGENCY OPERATIONS

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including tech equipment distribution and collection.
  • Maintain and update RPG tools and subscriptions.
  • Manage travel profiles and policies within our travel management platform.

EVENT SUPPORT

  • Assist with event logistics such as travel, transportation, attendee swag, and coordination.
  • Support client events with travel arrangements, gifts, and related activities.
