Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Mail Services Clerk and become a vital part of supporting office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the efficient management of facilities, mail distribution, and office support functions in a reputable organization. Compensation: $20-21/hour based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and deliver mail, packages, and office supplies daily.
  • Operate office equipment including printers and postage meters efficiently.
  • Prepare, print, and distribute marketing and business materials.
  • Perform light repairs on office machines and replace toner cartridges.
  • Manage shipping tasks utilizing courier services.
  • Restock and maintain supply areas, copy rooms, and kitchen break areas.
  • Assist with light office furniture repairs, installations, and moves.
  • Support with picture hanging and conference room setups.
  • Collaborate with vendors for first aid kits and vending supplies.
  • Coordinate with building maintenance, parking, and cleaning staff.
  • Assist caterers, delivery personnel, and office visitors as needed.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
  • Proven capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in facilities, mailroom, or service industry is helpful but not required.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in mailroom, facilities, or retail/service industry preferred.
  • Prior experience with office equipment and shipping systems is advantageous.
Other Requirements
  • This is an onsite position.
  • Must be available for rotational weekend shifts.
  • This is a contract-to-hire position.
