Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Mail Services Clerk and become a vital part of supporting office operations. Compensation: $20-21/hour based on experience
Responsibilities- Collect, organize, and deliver mail, packages, and office supplies daily.
- Operate office equipment including printers and postage meters efficiently.
- Prepare, print, and distribute marketing and business materials.
- Perform light repairs on office machines and replace toner cartridges.
- Manage shipping tasks utilizing courier services.
- Restock and maintain supply areas, copy rooms, and kitchen break areas.
- Assist with light office furniture repairs, installations, and moves.
- Support with picture hanging and conference room setups.
- Collaborate with vendors for first aid kits and vending supplies.
- Coordinate with building maintenance, parking, and cleaning staff.
- Assist caterers, delivery personnel, and office visitors as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Proven capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities, mailroom, or service industry is helpful but not required.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in mailroom, facilities, or retail/service industry preferred.
- Prior experience with office equipment and shipping systems is advantageous.
- This is an onsite position.
- Must be available for rotational weekend shifts.
- This is a contract-to-hire position.
