Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to overall revenue growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about client engagement and business development.

The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to manage administrative tasks, coordinate client communications, and ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients
  • Monitor order processing and ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Support lead tracking and sales reporting

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on client needs
