Atlantic Group is hiring a Temporary Administrative Coordinator (Healthcare) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting administrative, recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing operations within a healthcare department. In this temporary, in-office role, you will partner with internal teams to ensure smooth faculty onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist with faculty recruitment and onboarding by posting roles, tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Credentialing & Compliance Coordination: Support credentialing processes by managing documentation, tracking application status, and monitoring licensure and certification requirements.
  • Confidential Administrative Support: Handle sensitive and confidential administrative matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Records Management & Coordination: Maintain accurate records, support departmental reporting, and assist with administrative workflows across the team.
  • Operational & Program Support: Provide general administrative support, assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, support program coordination, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally within a healthcare or higher education environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with provider onboarding, credentialing processes, compliance requirements, and healthcare administrative workflows preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience using applicant tracking systems, credentialing databases, or EPIC training coordination tools preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing departmental needs, and support a fast-paced clinical environment.
