Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain client files (physical and electronic)
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and data entry
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
