Winn Companies is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Boston, MA. As the L&D Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to keep our learning programs and systems operating efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, technical aptitude, and a genuine interest in supporting professional development across the organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Learning & Development Manager.
Please note that the pay for this role is $28.00--$31.00 per hour dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
L&D Front Line Support:
Be the primary contact for training inquiries across the organization, respond to tickets submitted to the Training Helpdesk and provide responsive, professional support to Winn Companies team members.
Learning Management System Organizer:
Support daily operations and administration in our LMS, Winn Skills 360. Schedule courses, manage enrollments, track attendance, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports for leadership.
Program Support Champion:
Play a vital administrative role supporting our flagship learning programs, including the First Line New Manager Program, New Team Member Onboarding, WinnLEAD, Maintenance University, and others.
Learning Content Curator:
Create and update content on our intranet and internal communication platforms, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and aligned with our programs.
Learning Resource Developer:
Create job aids and other support tools that ensure a positive learner experience.
Administrative Backup:
Support the functions of the L&D team through special projects, events, and other administrative needs.
Requirements
Associate's degree required (bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience with LMS, CRM, or project management systems and comfort learning new technology platforms quickly
Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations using direct observation and knowledge.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to various audiences.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Customer service mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering a Learning Management System
Experience in the Property Management industry and property operations knowledge
Experience using graphic design platforms (i.e. Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Figma, or similar)
Specific Requirements
Please note that this position is:
Full time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day,
Hybrid In-person/Remote:
Must be available to work in-office at our Boston location during normal business hours (flexible start/end times between 8:00 am-5:30 pm) 4 days/week with the option to work remotely 1 day/week
