The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project coordination support to Skanska USA Building’s Skanska Integrated Solutions marketing team, helping deliver brand‑consistent communications, events, proposals, and internal programs on time. The role prepares and updates key business reporting, supports print and production needs, maintains certification listings, and adds, updates, and maintains project and personnel information in various databases and platforms, such as Salesforce and Box.

The role is engaged with assisting with resume and project sheet updates, leading the pursuit forms process, contributing to brochure revisions and updates, shadowing pursuit activities to gain insight into BD/Marketing processes, and assisting in planning and executing meetings and events.

Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, and collaboration across business development, operations, and external partners in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of designated RFQ/P document components to position marketing lead for success.
  • Communicate with colleagues to maintain accurate information in our database.
  • Visit venues to determine suitability for an annual meeting.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with data entry.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office 365.
