We're hiring a Workplace Operations Coordinator to take ownership of a highly visible office environment in Wellesley, MA for a well-know global, consumer brand.

This role is centered on delivering a best-in-class workplace experience ensuring the office is consistently organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly throughout the day.

You'll be the go-to person for the physical space, creating an environment that feels polished, welcoming, and fully functional for employees and visitors alike.

What You'll Do

* Maintain a high standard across all shared spaces, including kitchen and common areas

* Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and presentation-ready

* Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and flow

* Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and employees

* Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and building management

* Prepare meeting rooms and support office events

* Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives

* Manage supplies, deliveries, and general administrative support
