ExecutivePA & Operations Coordinator (Boston)
In this pivotal role, you will provide high‑level support to our leadership team, managing executive schedules, global travel, and office operations. You will be the glue that connects our Boston presence with our global teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones.
What You’ll Do- Executive Support & Calendar Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for leadership, managing complex and ever‑changing calendars with precision. - Global Travel & Logistics:
Lead the end‑to‑end coordination of international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries—focusing on efficiency and comfort. - EMEA
Collaboration:
Work closely with our teams and partners across EMEA, coordinating meetings, syncs, and projects across multiple time zones. - Office Operations (Shared Workspace):
Manage our daily presence within the shared office complex. Act as the main liaison with workspace management, handle local logistics, and ensure our team has everything they need to be productive and happy. - HR & People Support:
Partner with the HR team to support the local employee lifecycle—coordinating on‑site interviews, assisting with onboarding logistics for new hires in Boston, and helping execute employee experience and culture initiatives.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in office coordination or operations, preferably within a shared workspace or startup environment.
- Expertise in complex international travel coordination and logistics.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones (EMEA) and cultures.

- Salary: $40,000 ‑ $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
