What will you do?- Coordinate leadership calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and arrange travel itineraries as needed
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, packets, minutes, and follow‑up tracking to support effective leadership meetings
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, event files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records
- Support daily office and event operations, including supplies, equipment, workspace setup, onboarding documentation, and logistical needs for games, concerts, and special events
- Provide administrative, financial, and cross‑departmental coordination support during routine operations and high impact or unexpected events
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills
- No degree required
