NOW HIRING. The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Resident Occupancy Specialist to join our Property Management team in Greenfield, MA. This is a full-time, in-office position working directly with residents, applicants, and site staff to support daily operations and resident satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Show and lease apartments
• Process applications, recertifications, and lease renewals
• Manage rental payments and resident files
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow‑up
• Support community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year customer service experience in property management, hotel, retail, or sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Experience with Section 8, LIHTC, or Yardi software preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
