Our client, a transportation company located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative/Program Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This onsite role offers a pay rate of $35/hour, with a 37.5-hour workweek and flexible start time between 7:00-9:00am. The position focuses on operational, programmatic, and customer support during key system implementation initiatives, with free parking provided. Job Responsibilities:

Provide operational and program support across administrative initiatives Process and track program requests, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks Support internal programs such as Travel & Expense, catering, P-Card administration, and signature authorization tracking Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with records management policies and assist with document scanning, indexing, and quality control Update and manage SharePoint sites and the customer portal, including document uploads and user support Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating issue resolution Assist executives and staff with administrative workflows and ensure accurate documentation and reporting Candidate

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3+ years of operational or administrative experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint (People Soft/Oracle preferred) Experience supporting executives and managing workflows across multiple priorities Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment Proven ability to learn quickly and operate independently with minimal training Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
