Key Responsibilities Review, audit, and approve employee expense reports in Concur for accuracy and policy compliance Reconcile receipts, resolve discrepancies, and manage final expense reporting for departing employees Maintain organized documentation and follow up with employees regarding missing receipts Support travel and expense tracking, reporting, and system maintenance Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail Provide ad hoc administrative support to finance and operations teams Qualifications Prior experience with Concur Expense Management (required) Experience reviewing and approving expense reports in a corporate setting Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
