The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support multiple C‑suite leaders. This role will create new ways of working providing operational efficiencies for the Executive functions. provides advanced administrative and operational support to ensure the effectiveness, alignment, and smooth running of executive priorities and day‑to‑day activities.

This is a high‑impact position for someone who operates with strong judgement, anticipates needs, and works independently to support the executive office in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Executive Support & Prioritisation:
    • Understanding of the strategic priorities for the business, stakeholder relevance and importance to maximise efficiency for the executives.
    • Manage highly complex, ever‑evolving calendars, aligning executive time with business priorities.
    • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
    • Act as a key coordination point in managing competing demands and priorities.
  • Executive Operations & Rhythm:
    • Drive and create sustainable leadership cadences (staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles).
    • Prepare high‑quality briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑ups to support effective decision‑making.
    • Track key action items and follow up with stakeholders to support timely execution.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management:
    • Act as a liaison across senior leadership, functional teams, and external stakeholders.
    • Draft and manage executive communications with clarity and professionalism.
    • Ensure consistent coordination and a high standard of responsiveness across interactions.
  • Project & Initiative Coordination:
    • Support the delivery of cross‑functional initiatives, leadership off‑sites, and key organisational activities.
    • Partner across teams to support alignment and follow‑through on agreed actions.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to processes to enhance executive office effectiveness.
  • Discretion & Judgement:
    • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    • Apply sound judgement in navigating day‑to‑day priorities and resolving issues within defined parameters.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives (C‑suite experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a high‑demand environment.
  • Strong organisational awareness and understanding of business priorities.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
