Job Description
Beloform Craft is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. - Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office databases.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with office organization and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external contacts.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
