Position: Administrative Assistant NEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Training Department during a large-scale employee onboarding initiative. This position will assist with administrative and clerical tasks related to preparing for the onboarding and training of approximately 100 new employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Department during employee onboarding activities.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain training records using Excel, , and other systems.
  • Assist with preparing onboarding and training materials for new employees.
  • Copy, scan, organize, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Support scheduling, filing, and general office administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
  • Assist trainers and department staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and training documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding administrative requests and project updates.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with document management, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Proficiency in word processing and document formatting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using  or similar project management tools.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting training, onboarding, or human resources functions.
