Job Description

Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston – Flagship Location. Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 annually.

The Receptionist serves as the first impression of our brand and is a critical part of the guest experience. This role is far more than a traditional front desk position. You will be the face and often the voice of the dealership, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring each guest receives a polished, professional, and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive or call.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests efficiently to the appropriate department or team member
  • Assess guest needs quickly and ensure a seamless transition to sales, service, or management teams
  • Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and ensure timely communication
  • Support administrative and clerical duties that contribute to daily operational excellence
  • Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of our flagship facility
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and support additional responsibilities as assigned by management

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
