This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days on site in Boston.
Our client, a growing financial office located in Boston’s financial district has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant next week. You are the person who enables the office to run as a well-oiled machine; keeping tabs on conference room schedules, traffic control of vendors and clients, and handling receptionist duties. Legal and or Administrative experience is preferred!
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents / emails
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Manage calendars
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Perform office management tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
