Position Summary
The Department of Neurosurgery is hiring for a Program Coordinator who will coordinate all activities and functions of a program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at Level I or Level II based on experience, competencies, and alignment with career ladder criteria.
Level 1
- Program Coordinator I
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent
Salary Range: $46,488.00-$74,381.00
Typical Responsibilities:
- Coordinates day-to-day program operations and supports overall program activities.
- Manage outpatient and surgical scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate provider and program calendars, including meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries.
- Program Coordinator II
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent
Salary Range: $49,275.00-$78,832.00
