ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Senior Philanthropy Assistant provides administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Planned Giving and the Director of Planned Giving. Major responsibilities include coordinating and tracking numerous activities for the Planned Giving team, reporting, budgeting, and managing a variety of projects, both programmatic and donor‑based. The role also supports prospect management work and education programs, including collaboration meeting scheduling, calendar management, mailing lists, tracking, analysis, and invoicing.
Requirements:
Associate degree and/or administrative training degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 1‑3 years of administrative experience. This level position is often considered a “base” for someone pursuing a career in philanthropy.
