The Executive Assistant is a senior administrative professional responsible for administrative and operational needs of the firm's partnership and governance functions. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role supports Management Committee and Partnership in the preparation, execution, and follow-through of confidential meetings and communications across all business entities.

Job Summary
  • Manage the full meeting lifecycle for Management Committee and Partnership meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, distribution, and post‑meeting follow‑up.
  • Partner with the CAO, Management Committee and Practice Chairs to build agendas that reflect the right priorities, sequence topics deliberately, and protect time for substantive discussion.
  • Compile, edit, and distribute materials, ensuring partners receive clear, accurate, and well‑organized information in advance of every meeting.
  • Track action items to completion across partners and functional leaders.
  • Draft, edit, and proof communications on behalf of the Managing Partner, Management Committee and Partnership.
  • Handle correspondence involving confidential matters with absolute discretion.
  • Serve as a trusted intermediary on sensitive matters.
  • Maintain the firm's governance calendar, including partner meetings, committee meetings, and partnership votes in coordination with the CAO, Management Committee and Practice Chairs.
  • Manage Net Docs for partnership and committee materials, ensuring version control, access controls, and retention practices meet the firm's standards.
  • Identify operational gaps in how the partnership runs and propose improvements that increase clarity, speed, and accountability.
  • Handle, on an ad‑hoc basis, scheduling help for Director‑Level staff (e.g., Project Management scheduling support).
  • Act as central support for miscellaneous administrative needs.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive experience supporting senior executives, partners, or boards, ideally in a law firm, professional services firm, or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing materials for, and capturing minutes of, partner‑level or board‑level meetings.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to draft in another principal's voice.
  • Track record of handling highly confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document management systems, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and alternating pace.
  • Familiarity with partnership governance, partner compensation processes, or fiduciary administration preferred.
  • Notary public or willingness to obtain preferred.

The base salary range provided below reflects our good faith estimate of the expected starting compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final compensation offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, external market data, and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary, employees receive other variable compensation based on their role and individual performance.
