This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a University dedicated to supporting higher education administration. As an Assistant Registrar for Systems and Institutional Reporting, you will oversee vital student information systems and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for student information systems and reporting tools
  • Standardize reporting practices to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Oversee system testing, maintenance, and data integrity for multiple platforms
  • Support registration processes, including start-of-term and end-of-term activities
  • Manage compliance reporting, including bi-weekly enrollment submissions and audit preparations
  • Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, records, and system integrations
Credentials
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Student Information Systems or related operational systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with data as it relates to student registration records
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and meet deadlines
Nice-to-have Skills & Experience
  • Experience with national reporting, including National Student Clearinghouse
  • Familiarity with higher education platforms such as Course Leaf, 25

    Live, or Stellic
  • Knowledge of student records compliance standards and AACRAO guidelines
