Location / Schedule- North Quincy Computer Lab
- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 6:00 AM-2:00 PM – Tuesday, Wednesday
- 7:00 PM-3:00 AM – once per week, rotating between Tuesday and Thursday
- Proctor site operations include primarily daytime coverage, with occasional overnight sessions. To avoid unsafe rest gaps while offering contractors the opportunity to achieve a full work week, overnight coverage may be scheduled for split shifts or partial day assignments on adjacent days. Overnight coverage may be met through rotational scheduling among contractors and/or support from permanent staff and is not guaranteed to occur weekly for any individual contractor.

- Test Proctor and Test Site Point of Contact
- Greet and check in employees arriving for scheduled testing sessions.
- Verify employee identity and eligibility to take the assigned test.
- Assign tests through the learning management system and ensure proper access.
- Provide basic instructions to employees on test procedures and rules.
- Monitor the testing environment to ensure compliance with test guidelines.
- Enforce policies to prevent cheating or use of unauthorized materials.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to test access or login.
- Maintain a quiet, orderly, and distraction‑free testing environment.
- Report any irregularities or misconduct to the appropriate supervisor.
- Administrative Support
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist with special projects requiring large amounts of data entry.
- Operate common office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Organize and archive records and documents.
- Search for and investigate information contained in files.
- Process requests for files and data.
- Provide ad‑hoc data entry support across departments.
- Evaluate workflow and redesign processes to meet office needs.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Adhere to MBTA rules, regulations, collective bargaining agreements (if applicable) and policies, including EEO, anti‑discrimination, anti‑harassment, and anti‑retaliation policies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including strong Excel proficiency.
- Experience with data entry and database management.
- Ability to assist with large data‑intensive projects.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Experience evaluating workflow and redesigning processes to meet office needs.
