Job OverviewJOHN LEONARD is seeking a full-time Professional Staff Training Coordinator in Boston. You will report to the User Experience & Training Manager. This role offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $75K-$95K.
Responsibilities- Create training schedules for various departments and analyze training needs
- Track training outcomes and maintain records
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training sessions; update training materials
- Market training opportunities to employees and inform them of scheduled trainings
The ideal candidate will have:
- An Associate's degree in HR, education, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a law firm environment or as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting (highly preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Effective communication skills, ability to determine training objectives, and prioritize initiatives
- Strong organizational skills
