Location: Boston Metro | On-site 5 days with the prospect of a hybrid schedule over time

Salary Range: $50K-$65K

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Thursday, 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-5

The primary goal of this important role is to provide the highest level of customer service to both our client candidates and organizations alike. As the “face and voice” of JOHN LEONARD
, this role is integral to ensuring that our clients’ experience is both productive and positive.

The ideal candidate will initially work Monday through Friday in-office with the prospect of a hybrid schedule over time. We see this role as providing excellent career advancement.

Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Client service focus with the drive to be the best resource to our client companies, temporary workers, candidates, and internal team members
  • Previous exposure to accounting software required
  • Prior billing and payroll processing required
  • Strong MS Word and Excel
  • A natural ability to identify issues and find appropriate solutions
Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll & client billing
  • Process onboarding paperwork for new candidates
  • Maintain accuracy of all temporary assignment placements and ensure timesheets are submitted in a timely manner
  • Assemble and email client invoices
  • Process bank deposits and post to the Accounting System (Great Plains)
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Ensure adequate office supplies
  • Meet and greet all visitors and direct them appropriately
