Five Week Intensive Program Support Assistant

Berklee's Aspire:
Five Week Intensive runs from July 7 till August 7 2026. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Managers, the Aspire:
Five Week Program Support Assistant provides customer service and administrative support for various events, concerts, rehearsals, jam sessions, open mic events and more.

Work schedule:

flexible hours as needed including eventing events. This is a temporary position between July 7 till August 7 2026.

Job duties:

• Provide exemplary customer service during check-in events by greeting participants and families, answering questions, and directing traffic
• Run errands on-campus as needed
• Provide on-the-ground support for program directors as needed
• May include general office support, including mailing and data entry projects

Required qualifications:

• Experience working with customer service, especially face-to-face.
• Punctual and reliable. Lateness will not be tolerated.
• Familiarity with Berklee campus and key buildings and offices.
