TAG Med Staffing is hiring an Office Manager in Albany County, NY for our client, supporting office operations, workplace administration, and employee experience within a corporate environment. This role will oversee day-to-day office management, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, support workplace policies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilitiesas the Office Manager:
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, maintain office supplies and common areas, and ensure a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment.
- Employee & Visitor
Experience:
Welcome employees, clients, and visitors while coordinating meetings, office logistics, and creating a positive onsite experience. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate workstation setup, equipment readiness, badge distribution, office orientation, and employee departures in partnership with HR, IT, Facilities, and Security.
- Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Partner with internal departments and external vendors to support office maintenance, workplace safety, inventory management, and operational needs.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize conference rooms, office events, meetings, catering, and audio/visual requirements while ensuring seamless execution.
- Administrative Support: Maintain office documentation, communicate workplace policies, resolve escalated office concerns, and support ongoing operational improvements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, corporate administration, workplace operations, or a related administrative support role is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting office operations within a corporate or professional services environment is required.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience coordinating workplace technology, office systems, or CRM platforms is preferred. - Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information are required.
