Office Manager

Small law firm in downtown Boston is seeking an office manager for immediate hire. This position is full-time and includes an excellent salary plus benefits. Duties include monitoring client intake process, general office calendar management, various HR tasks, maintaining inventory control and supplies, and providing excellent client service as the first point of contact. Must have exceptional customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required and a Bachelor's degree is required.
