As an Office Manager in the EVS department you will perform all administrative and office management duties to ensure outstanding quality of services for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and coordinate office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll preparation, personnel management, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
- Improve office efficiency through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Research and develop resources that build timely and efficient workflow.
- Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
- Formulate procedures for detailed retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Plan office layout, develop office budget, and initiate cost‑reduction programs.
- Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Prepare activity reports for mentorship of management.
- Coordinate activities of various clerical departments or workers within the department.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required; demonstrated administrative ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
- Ability to prioritize and establish timelines.
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
- Ability to use proven understanding of working environment to meet established goals and objectives.
- Proficient in Windows‑based office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
