What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and visitors — creating an environment that's welcoming, clean, and functional.
  • Own the office budget, keeping amenities consistently stocked while spending responsibly.
  • Ensure every employee has what they need — available desks, working equipment, and a well‑maintained space.
  • Partner with building engineers and property management on facilities; flag and submit work orders when needed.
  • Enable smooth day‑to‑day operations — register visitors, support conference room tech, and solve last‑minute logistical challenges.
  • Manage deliveries and vendor relationships, making sure mail and packages reach the right people.
  • This is a 5‑days‑a‑week, in‑office role — you genuinely enjoy being on‑site and engaging with the team.
What we're looking for
  • 3–4 years of experience in office management, hospitality, or operations — ideally in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Genuine warmth and professionalism: you naturally make people feel welcome and set the tone for the space.
  • Proactive by nature: you spot what needs doing before anyone has to ask.
  • Discretion and good judgment: you handle sensitive information carefully and prioritize well across competing needs.
  • Startup‑ready: calm under pressure, adaptable, and positive when priorities shift quickly.
  • Experience with real estate or facilities coordination is a plus.

Location:

100% Onsite

Work Schedule:

M-F 8 am‑4 pm

Compensation: $26‑$28/hr

Duration: 2‑3 months
