Our client, a leading nonprofit organization in the education and management publishing industry, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator to support the CHRO. This role is based in Brighton, MA, with an onsite presence, offering a flexible 25-hour workweek across Monday-Thursday (with possible Friday mornings). This is a 3+ month contract opportunity paying $25-33/hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Job Responsibilities- Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for the CHRO
- Coordinate executive-level interview scheduling with a high-touch, candidate-focused approach
- Provide administrative support across HR functions as needed
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
- Draft polished, professional email communications
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
- Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams)
- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role
- Exposure to HR processes, including onboarding documentation
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams)
