An Asset Management firm just south of Boston is seeking an Office Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact clients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Vendor Management, and network IT assistance
- HR tasks, assist with Accounts payable
- Coordinate office events, schedule meetings, and client events
- 3+ years of experience with administrative work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
