Site Coordinator
Accountable for daily operations of a solo‑person site. Responsible for performing the contracted office services including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging and mail services.
Responsibilities- Operate the daily mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
- Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging & mail.
- Perform courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of mail.
- Handle formal customer contact daily.
- Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence programs.
- Operate equipment and software efficiently to meet service‑level agreements.
- Achieve profitability by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
- Maintain routine functions: create/completed work orders, monitor contractors, perform inspections, report facility‑related issues, and provide support as required.
- Interact with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants.
- Maintain office‑supply inventory re‑ordering.
- Coordinate conference‑room and A/V equipment resource management.
- Maintain positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating professionally.
- Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including monthly reports.
- Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in a related B2B and/or technical field.
- 1 year of customer‑facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
- Tactical thought processing.
- Ability to present to a small group.
- Moderate problem‑solving skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Basic technical aptitude.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Typical office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
- Work assignments are diversified, requiring interpretation and application of complex material, data, and instruction.
- Some physical effort required; may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
- Moderate dexterity needed, with regular use of basic skills such as calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
