Scheduled
Hours:
The Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training site requires approximately 61 hours of weekly coverage. Individual contractors will be scheduled for up to 37.5 hours per week, with coverage distributed accordingly and coordinated between the Supervisor and Employee. Please note that scheduled hours may shift based on operational need.
Location/Schedule
The Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training site operations include primarily daytime coverage, with occasional overnight sessions. To avoid unsafe rest gaps while offering the opportunity for contractors to achieve a full work week, contractors assigned to overnight coverage may be scheduled for split shifts or partial day assignments on adjacent days. Overnight coverage requirements may be met through rotational scheduling among contractors and/or support from permanent staff and are not guaranteed to occur weekly for any individual contractor
