Job Overview – Executive Assistant
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000/year

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in Boston, MA for our client, supporting senior executives with executive administration, personal assistance, and office operations within a private investment environment. This highly visible role will manage complex schedules, coordinate business and personal priorities, oversee office administration, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Over time, the position is expected to evolve into a dedicated personal support role assisting the principals, their families, and related business interests.
The ideal candidate will have extensive executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle highly confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, meetings, communications, and priorities while providing day-to-day administrative support to senior executives.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, meetings, and related logistics for business and personal activities.
- Administrative Coordination: Support executive scheduling, confidential correspondence, special requests, and other high-priority administrative responsibilities.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and administrative activities to ensure a well-organized workplace.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact with external advisors, legal professionals, financial partners, and other key stakeholders while coordinating sensitive documentation and communications.
- Project Coordination: Manage special projects, prepare meeting materials, maintain confidential records, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive executive administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives, founders, or C‑suite leadership, is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with in private equity, investment management, wealth management, family office, financial services, legal, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required. Experience with video conferencing platforms and other business productivity tools is preferred. - Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate executive needs, maintain strict confidentiality, and build trusted relationships are required.
