Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. (some evenings)

Position Summary
The Advancement Operations Associate provides critical administrative, operational, and data management support to the Division of Institutional Advancement. This role ensures the integrity of advancement systems, supports efficient workflows, and contributes to the successful execution of fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor stewardship activities.
The Advancement Operations Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate data, supporting donor relations, and enabling a high-performing advancement infrastructure that drives institutional growth and impact.
Duties & Responsibilities Data Management & Systems Support- Maintain and update donor and alumni records within the College's CRM/database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Perform routine data audits and support data quality initiatives to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
- Assist with database queries, reports, and data pulls to support advancement activities.
- Process gifts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with institutional policies.
- Generate donor acknowledgment letters, receipts, and stewardship communications.
- Support tracking of donor contributions and assist with reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to advancement leadership and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate internal workflows and support day-to-day operations of the Advancement division.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and initiatives.
- Assist with planning and execution of advancement and alumni events, including logistics, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Support event follow-up activities, including data entry, reporting, and donor engagement tracking.
- Support advancement reporting, including tracking of fundraising activity, donor engagement, and program outcomes.
- Assist with compliance-related activities, including documentation for grants, audits, and institutional reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge (Blackbaud) or comparable donors and grants management systems required.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, data management, or nonprofit/higher education environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/database systems.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Compensation (Range): $55,00.00-$70,000.00
