Job Summary
The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston invites applications for a part‑time internship in the Archives. The intern will work under the Archivist, assisting in the identification, preservation, description, and management of archival collections that document the bank’s history and activities.
Principal Accountabilities- Arrange, preserve, and describe textual and audiovisual materials.
- Conduct inventories of items and collections.
- Catalog and scan documents and photographs.
- Perform other archival duties as assigned.
- Current student or recent graduate, preferably in archival management or public history.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of arrangement, description, and preservation.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Experience with audiovisual materials is desirable.
$18–$36 per hour, based on undergraduate/graduate year and relevant experience.
