Executive Assistant to $125K - Drive Impact at a High Level!
Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations. This role blends high‑level executive support with office management, including complex calendar oversight, event planning, and operational coordination.

- Manage intricate and ever‑changing executive calendars with a strategic, decision‑driven approach.
- Coordinate investor relations activities, including data management and key meetings.
- Plan and execute firmwide events and leadership summits from concept through completion.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and facilities coordination.
- Support hiring logistics such as candidate tracking and interview scheduling.
- Handle ad‑hoc projects and operational needs with flexibility and ownership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and day‑to‑day office needs.
- 7+ years of executive support experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and reprioritizing quickly.
- Proficiency with modern tools including AI and design platforms such as Canva.
- Strong base compensation of $125K.
- Performance‑based bonus.
- Flexible remote Friday schedule.
