Job Summary
Site:
The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. Mass General Brigham. MGB is hiring a Student Intern to support the International Patient Center, assisting international patients across our MGB population.
- High School Student
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to assist both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and sustain relationships with colleagues.
- Multi‑tasking with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to protect the privacy of individuals and confidentiality of employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to remain flexible to handle and prioritize work from various department staff.
- College Student
- High school diploma completed.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (ideally a rising sophomore or above in a BA/BS program).
- Same skill requirements as High School Student.
Working Model: M-F 8am-5pm Eastern Business Hours; minimum 12 hours per week, preferred 30‑40 hours per week.
Work Location:
75 Francis Street (Onsite).
Pay Range: $17.71 – $24.28 per hour.
