Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership – Boston/Hybrid!
We are partnering with a well-established, highly respected Boston based firm to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a true business partner to executives.
What You’ll Do- Manage complex executive calendars and changing priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence
- Support leadership meetings, events, and special projects
- Manage executive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Keep executives organized, efficient, and focused on strategic priorities
- 4+ years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
This role is Hybrid 3 Days In Office, 2 Days Remote – Summer Flex Schedule!
- $90,000–$120,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- 10% annual bonus target
