Position Overview:
Location:
Onsite at our corporate office in Boston’s Financial District
We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and the highest level of integrity to function as a Temporary Office Manager, supporting our Boston office and Northeast regional operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both office management and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Management
- Manage breakroom and copy room inventory, ordering, and restocking
- Maintain office tidiness including running dishwashers, community and storage spaces, etc.
- Open, sort, and scan all mail; handle Fed Ex shipments, checks, and Letter of Credits
- Assist with conference room management including scheduling and straightening up
- Organize breakfast / lunch for external meetings as requested
- Serve as local “IT expert” to assist with conferencing technology and troubleshooting
- Check voicemails, general email inbox, respond to website inquiries
- Submit work orders, add external guests to visitor lists, create employee badges
- Handle local employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Northeast Regional Support
- Plan and execute events for local team with Partner oversight
- Create and distribute monthly events calendar
- Manage regional office budget (inclusive of supplies, meals, and team events), requiring close communication with local Partner
- Communicate office / building / scheduling news with local team
- Order employee birthday gifts monthly
- Attend biweekly admin calls with larger administrative team

- Highly proficient / fluent in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with audio/visual set ups and other office technology is a plus
